• Content you upload: product photos you submit for video generation.
• Generated output: scripts, enhanced images, and videos produced by our AI pipeline.
• Usage data: IP address, request timestamps, generation counts, and credit balance — strictly for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and service operation.

We do not collect payment card details. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your account.
• To process your product photos through our AI pipeline and return generated videos.
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse (IP-based rate limiting, free trial counting).
• To improve our AI models and service quality — uploaded images may be used in anonymized form for model training unless you opt out by contacting us.
• To communicate service updates, billing changes, or security alerts.

3. Third-Party AI Services

Your uploaded images and product descriptions are transmitted to our AI service providers — including DeepSeek (text generation) and ByteDance/Ark (image enhancement and video generation) — solely for the purpose of generating your video. These providers process data transiently and do not retain your content beyond the processing session.

4. Data Retention

• Account data: retained until you request deletion.
• Uploaded images and generated videos: stored on our servers for service delivery. Videos are publicly accessible via their URL. You may request deletion of specific content at any time.
• Usage logs: retained for up to 30 days for operational purposes.

5. Cookies

We use localStorage (not third-party cookies) to maintain your login session and language preference. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your account data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated content.
• Opt out of anonymized model training by emailing us.
• Export your generated content.

Glimvid operates servers located in Singapore. By using the service, you consent to your data being processed in Singapore and any other jurisdiction where our service providers operate.

9. Children

Glimvid is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
