Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Glimvid ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Glimvid provides AI-powered short video generation: you upload a product photo, and our AI pipeline produces a platform-ready video with script, voiceover, and captions. The Service is provided "as is" — we make no guarantees about video quality, platform compatibility, or suitability for any particular purpose.

3. Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address to register.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not share your account, use disposable email addresses, or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these Terms.

4. Free Trial & Credits

• New users receive one (1) free video generation credit upon registration, subject to IP-based limits to prevent abuse.
• Each successful video generation consumes one (1) credit.
• If generation fails for technical reasons, the credit is not consumed.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

5. Your Content

• You retain ownership of all product photos you upload.
• By uploading content, you grant Glimvid a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, modify, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
• You warrant that you own or have the right to use any content you upload, and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
• You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or violates platform policies of TikTok, Instagram, 小红书, or any target distribution platform.

6. Generated Content

• AI-generated videos are produced by automated systems. We do not guarantee that videos will comply with every platform's content policies — you are responsible for reviewing generated content before posting.
• Generated scripts may require minor editing for accuracy and platform compliance.
• You own the videos generated from your content. We claim no ownership over generated output.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Service to generate content that is deceptive, fraudulent, or impersonates others.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our AI models or prompts.
• Use automated tools to create accounts, send requests, or bypass usage limits.
• Generate content involving nudity, violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

8. Payment & Refunds

• Paid plans (when launched) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• We do not provide refunds for partially used billing periods.
• If a paid generation fails due to our service error, the credit is returned to your account — not refunded as cash.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Glimvid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost revenue, lost data, or platform penalties — arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
• You agree to indemnify and hold Glimvid harmless from any third-party claims arising from your content or your violation of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

Glimvid, our AI models, system prompts, website design, and brand assets are our exclusive intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any license to our underlying technology beyond using the Service as intended.

11. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security incidents, or events beyond our control.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore, conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-service notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

2. 服务内容

Glimvid 提供 AI 驱动的短视频生成服务：你上传一张商品图片，我们的 AI 流水线会生成一条带有脚本、配音和字幕的、可直接发布的视频。本服务按"现状"提供 — 我们不对视频质量、平台兼容性或特定用途的适用性做出保证。

3. 你的账号

• 注册时必须提供有效的邮箱地址。
• 你应对账号下的所有活动负责。
• 不得共享账号、使用临时邮箱地址或创建多个账号以绕过使用限制。
• 我们保留因违反本条款而暂停或终止账号的权利。

4. 免费试用与积分

• 新用户注册后获得一（1）次免费视频生成积分，受基于 IP 的防滥用限制。
• 每次成功的视频生成消耗一（1）个积分。
• 如因技术原因生成失败，不消耗积分。
• 我们保留随时修改或终止免费试用的权利。

5. 你的内容

• 你保留所有上传的商品图片的所有权。
• 上传内容即表示你授予 Glimvid 有限的、全球范围的、免版税的许可，仅用于为你提供本服务而处理、修改和存储该内容。
• 你保证你拥有或有权使用你上传的任何内容，且该内容不侵犯第三方权利。
• 不得上传违法、侵权、骚扰或违反 TikTok、Instagram、小红书或任何目标发布平台政策的内容。

6. 生成内容

• AI 生成的视频由自动化系统产出。我们不保证视频符合每个平台的内容政策 — 你有责任在发布前审核生成的内容。
• 生成的脚本可能需要少量编辑以确保准确性和平台合规。
• 你拥有从你的内容生成的视频。我们不主张生成内容的所有权。

7. 禁止用途

不得：

• 使用本服务生成欺骗性、欺诈性或冒充他人的内容。
• 逆向工程、爬取或试图提取我们的 AI 模型或提示词。
• 使用自动化工具创建账号、发送请求或绕过使用限制。
• 生成涉及色情、暴力、仇恨言论或违法活动的内容。
• 未经书面许可转售或再分发本服务。

8. 付款与退款

• 付费方案（推出后）按月或按年预付。
• 积分不可退款、不可转让。
• 我们不提供部分使用周期的退款。
• 如因我们的服务错误导致付费生成失败，积分将退回你的账号 — 不以现金退款。

9. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内：

• Glimvid 按"现状"提供，不附带任何明示或暗示的保证。
• 我们不对因你使用本服务而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害负责 — 包括收入损失、数据丢失或平台处罚。
• 我们对任何索赔的总责任以你在索赔前 12 个月内向我们支付的金额，或 100 美元（以较高者为准）为限。
• 你同意赔偿并使 Glimvid 免受因你的内容或你违反本条款而产生的任何第三方索赔。

10. 知识产权

Glimvid、我们的 AI 模型、系统提示词、网站设计和品牌资产是我们的专有知识产权。本条款不授予你使用我们底层技术的任何许可，超出按预期使用本服务的范围。

11. 服务可用性

我们努力保持高可用性，但不保证服务不中断。我们可能因维护、安全事件或不可控事件而暂停服务。

12. 终止

你可以随时停止使用本服务。联系我们申请删除账号。我们可能因你违反本条款而暂停或终止你的账号，无论是否通知。终止后，你使用本服务的权利立即结束。

13. 适用法律与争议

本条款受新加坡法律管辖。因本条款产生的任何争议应在新加坡通过具有约束力的仲裁解决，以英语进行。你放弃参与集体诉讼的权利。

14. 条款变更

我们可能不时更新本条款。重大变更将通过邮件或站内通知提前至少 14 天告知。变更生效后继续使用即视为接受。
